At Aminas Collection, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided via email.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
